Not with Rag Mops – I call and you send the most professional and best cleaning people I have ever encountered. All of them are top notch! If one of your excellent employees is sick, you send a replacement – I never need to worry about that. They are trustworthy and wonderful. When they have broken items – it is always brought to my attention. No, it rarely happens but what I like is that I am made aware of it and you handle the situation beautifully.

I tell everyone that you all get the headaches – I just have to place the call and with you billing my credit card each month – I don’t have to worry about leaving a check. It’s all seamless and professional. I cannot tell you enough how much I love your service!

Our family has used Rag Mops for almost seven years and has been pleased with the service, attention to detail, punctuality, and pleasant attitude. I am somewhat selective and careful about who I allow in my home, largely based on previous experience involving contractors. I have never had an issue or concern about safety or locking doors when leaving, valuables etc. when dealing with Rag Mops. The company seems to be thorough in their background checks and training to ensure they have a high caliber of employee to perform services the company offers. We intend to continue to use them exclusively in the future.
