Rag Mops Cleaning Service has moved beyond its beginnings in a spare bedroom in Flower Mound in early 2001, to become a company of almost twenty employees.  Our mission is to help many neighbors across Flower Mound, Lewisville, Coppell and all of Denton County have clean homes and peace of mind.  We will never lose the personal feel and respect for our customers that comes from working for our friends and neighbors.

Lynne DeKreek and daughter Debi Bascue founded Rag Mops as a partnership with Debi’s experience cleaning houses and Lynne’s business background; they outgrew their Flower Mound home almost immediately and moved to the current location in Lewisville in 2003.  Being in a central location has helped Rag Mops to better serve our customers in Flower Mound, Lewisville, Highland Village, Lantana, Double Oak, Copper Canyon, Coppell, Corinth, Lake Dallas, Hickory Creek, Shady Shores and Denton.  The pride we have in our work, our employees, and our community, has helped our business continue to grow with many happy clients.  We specialize in individual maid service and send the same maid to clean your house each time.  We want our maids to take pride in your home and we want you to feel comfortable with who we send.  We do background and motor vehicle checks on each employee for your protection.  All the maids are trained and insured with bonding, general liability, and worker’s injury insurance.  We are a registered business in the state of Texas.

Lynne retired in 2007 and the company is now owned and operated by Debi Bascue.  Debi began her cleaning career while still a teenager by cleaning her church and home of the pastor.  She moved on to friends’ houses and soon realized a business could be formed.  Although Debi’s background is in office management and accounting, she has cleaned houses for over twenty-five years and is regarded by many as an expert home organizer.  She lives in Flower Mound and is a mother to five boys who occupy much of her free time.  She currently serves as Treasurer with Boy Scout Troop 123, she is a member of many booster clubs at FMHS including Football, Cross Country, and Wrestling, and you can also find her listening to the orchestra at FMS.  If you can’t find her at home, look for her on a ball field. When she finds herself with a few spare minutes, Debi enjoys reading, scrapbooking and gardening.

Carolyn Haney has been Rag Mops’ queen of customer service since 2004.  Every customer is treated like royalty when they visit with Carolyn.  Her duties also include inside sales, office maintenance and the preparation of daily paperwork.  She is married and the mother of two grown sons.  Carolyn spends her free time sewing, doing crafts, watching her guys ride motorcycles and spending time with family.  Be sure to ask her about her grandbabies!
